I aim to provide a safe space where we can work together to identify and uproot obstacles blocking your path toward self-actualization and fulfillment. Anxiety, depression, and trauma can disrupt our functioning and negatively impact how we view ourselves, others, and the world. They can also keep us stuck in repeating the same unhealthy patterns that are causing further emotional pain.
My goal is to support you in reaching your goals- whether they be to find more happiness, worry less, improve your relationships, or find more fulfillment at work. In addition to providing you a safe place to talk about what’s bothering you, I also want to provide you with tools to cope more effectively and change your life for the better.
